Proteyco now offers its clients a new service after being officially accredited to carry out Assessments for the Technical Classification of Office Buildings in accordance with the model set out by the AEO (Spanish Office Association), the Corporate Real Estate Management body.
According to the AEO model, the technical classification is reached by defining and evaluating strictly technical parameters that from a market point of view represent the fundamental and best-valued elements of an office building.
The model classes the assessed properties into one of five categories (A+, A, B+, B and C).
